I got the idea for this album from a visit to the Astúlez Castle, which stands on a rocky spire in the Valdegovía valley in Spain. This building rises on a promontory rocky ledge practically inaccessible, reinforced by a high wall that surrounds it.
Despite its glorious past and its position of dominance in the region, it is now a forgotten structure invaded by nature, miles from the nearest road. Its ruinous state invaded by greenery provides a glimpse of a forgotten tale.
This album is composed of 10 musical pieces arranged as a story.
